To respond to a review, you need to:
Log in to your Google My Business account. In the menu on the left, click “Open Reviews” and select a group of addresses in the drop-down menu. Click “Reply.” Enter a response and click “Post Reply.” The new function is not available for manager accounts and groups in which the number of addresses exceeds 500.
