The closed social network Aura updated the chats, transferring them to the Yandex general chat platform and making them accessible from any company service.
All new chats are created through a chat request. The request can be accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted, a dialog with the user opens.
In the settings in the Privacy section, you can choose who can send chat requests to the user – all or only those to whom he is subscribed.
When you request a chat, you no longer need to specify a community and write at least 15 characters. In addition, it is now possible to send pictures and video to chat rooms.
All previous messages and chats will not go anywhere, at the moment the Aura team is engaged in the migration of existing chats to new ones.
Aura also began to display the similarity of users among themselves. Now the user can immediately see how similar he is to any other user – the similarity determines the AI by the behavior in the Aura, for example, which posts the user likes and discusses, which ones are not, in which communities, which topics are discussed most, etc.
Similarity can be seen in the profile of another person and in the people section, as well as in posts and comments on avatars in the form of a circle around the photo.
Similarity changes with user behavior and is updated every few hours.
Recall that at the end of July there was a desktop version of Aura, which can only be tested by invited members of the community.
